POSITIONS

ADMINISTRATIVE

The Marketing Coordinator at Scooter’s Lawn Care, Inc., will work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns. Coordinator will collect and analyze target demographic information in markets for our multi-location landscaping company and power equipment dealership, while maintaining our established brand in these markets.

Coordinator can expect to work in their own private office within a fast-paced, friendly work environment with duties that will take them regularly into the field to collect content, as well as to local community and networking events.

No experience in the landscaping industry? No problem! We welcome professionals with experience in other industries, as our brand focuses on standing out, ever-evolving our fun and unique brand, and raising the bar on our industry’s general reputation and standards.

Starting Pay: $18 – $20 per hour

Work Location: 3208 Chiquita Blvd S #216 in Cape Coral, FL (inside the South Cape Business Center at Chiquita and 32nd St.)

Work Hours:

  • Monday through Friday from 7am until 4pm
  • Very infrequent weekend community events (such as War of the Food Trucks, Touch-a-Truck, etc.)
  • Potential for company-paid travel experiences to personal/professional development events

Requirements:

  • Clear background and drug screening

The Marketing Coordinator will work on a wide variety of projects for multiple company locations/ventures, alongside the CMO, and can expect regular job duties to include:

Daily Duties

  • Attend meetings (in office and via Zoom)
  • Collaborate and communicate with CMO, administrators, field team, and vendors
  • Collect & edit content (photos, videos, reels/shorts, and podcasts)
  • Post/schedule posts, videos, and podcasts on multiple social media platforms
  • Create and send targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Review and reply to Google reviews

 

Weekly Duties

  • Review ad spend
  • Review/update job postings

 

Seasonal / As Needed Duties

  • Order marketing materials
  • Network & communicate with local organizations
  • Assist in planning & implementing giveaways, events, and other special offerings

Position Title: Client Success Specialist

Reports To: Production Manager, Project Sales Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Average Starting Position Salary: $13 – $17 / hr (with opportunity to advance quickly and without salary limits)

Position Overview: Responsible for all procedures relating to the support of our clientele and project crews. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, fast learner, self-motivated, personable, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling hundreds of client accounts while utilizing outstanding customer service.

Under the direction of leadership, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and promptly responding to department calls and electronic service inquiries
  • Greeting guests upon arrival to our location
  • Facilitating new service appointments and managing the schedule of administrative management
  • Acting as the liaison between clients, field crews, vendors, and management
  • Job costing verification
  • Time entry and comparison
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients and vendors
  • Carrying out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies
  • Collaborating with others on a variety of projects
  • Creating and editing professional documents and communication
  • Maintaining all client relationships via outbound calls, emails, and service reminders/updates

FIELD

Position Title: Lawn Care Crew Member

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00am – TBD

Average Starting Salary: $15 – $20 per hour

Overview: Performs various lawn care maintenance services such as mowing, trimming, edging walkways and curbs, cleaning properties, trimming hedges, etc. for residential, commercial, and homeowner association properties within our local service range.

Under direction of the assigned Crew Leader, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reflect the standards and expectations of the company
  • Observe all company procedures and policies at all times
  • Operate the routing software
  • Observe existing job notes and add new notes as necessary
  • Communicate with the assigned Crew Leader and administrative team as necessary
  • Perform lawn maintenance services at routed properties
  • Use hand tools, mowing equipment, and heavy equipment as needed
  • Other activities as assigned
