Lighting Maintenance Program
Your outdoor lighting system is an incredible upgrade to your property: increasing safety, improving curb appeal, and extending the amount of time you are able to spend enjoying your outdoor living spaces.
To ensure your new investment remains in proper working order, we recommend our Lighting Maintenance Program: a seven point inspection and upkeep package. For most residential systems, we recommend a visit twice annually. For larger residential and commercial properties, we recommend quarterly visits.

Our technician will inspect, clean, and verify the settings & functionality of your system’s controls.
Our technician will inspect for damaged or dysfunctional diodes within your lamps and LEDs.
Our technician will visually inspect for cable and connection damage, test resistance, and bury any exposed cables.
Our technician will clean, repair, and treat fixtures with water repellant.
Our technician will inspect brackets and attachments, adjust for tree growth, and repair as needed.
Our technician will re-aim fixtures as needed, tighten lock nuts, and trim blocking plant material.
